What is ServiceExpress?
ServiceExpress is designed for the hospital or surgery center that wants to reprocess, but which is located in a remote area, participates in limited programs, or prefers to manage their program internally. Each ServiceExpress customer works with a dedicated Specialty Services Manager (SSM). The SSM serves as the primary service contact and monitors the reprocessing/remanufacturing program to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and overall productivity.
ServiceExpress allows you to be “hands on” with your reprocessing/remanufacturing initiative. This program will support your efforts to decrease supply costs and become an environmental steward by redirecting medical supplies away from our landfills. Getting started, one of Stryker’s field-based representatives will walk you through the implementation of our effective collection systems and awareness programs. Next, ServiceExpress utilizes an innovative approach toward product return (Rapid Return™) which provides you immediate availability to purchases in Original Manufacturer (OM) case quantities. You will be provided 24/7 web-based access to a secure Order Management System to review your account activity, orders and savings opportunities. With our Start-Up Packet in hand, and the partnership of your SSM, you hold the keys to the success of your reprocessing/remanufacturing program.
